BIOGRAPHY

Hannah Watkins’ legal experience includes all aspects of real estate, with an emphasis on financing and commercial leasing transactions, property management, and the acquisition, disposition, and development of various commercial assets including mixed-use, multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. She represents various publicly traded and privately held corporate clients, real estate funds, and individuals in all types of complex real estate matters. Ms. Watkins also has experience with the acquisition and disposition of farm and ranch property in Texas.

EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLIGHTS
  • Represented the owner/developer of Sundance Square in the development, management, and all landlord lease drafting and negotiation for over 3 million square feet of commercial space in the 35 block Sundance Square development in downtown Fort Worth. The project is comprised of over 40 buildings, including two Class A high rise office towers, four Class A mid-rise office buildings with ground-floor retail, and multiple low-rise mixed-use buildings.
  • Represented the owner and developer of the 250+ acre Champions Circle mixed-use development with regard to development, leases, and sales to numerous companies for industrial, office, retail, and other projects.
  • Represented client in the acquisition of an approximately 117,000 square foot office building and 12-story parking garage located in downtown Fort Worth
  • Represented client in the acquisition, management, and leasing of an approximately 447,000 square foot office building in west Fort Worth
  • Represented client in the management and leasing of an approximately 230,000 square foot office building in the Dallas North Tollway area
  • Represented client in the management and leasing of an approximately 350,000 square foot office building in the Dallas North Tollway area
  • Represented the largest shareholder of the W.T. Waggoner Estate with the sale of the largest ranch deal, both in size and in the purchase price, in the state of Texas. This significant transaction was the first-ever sale of the Waggoner, an approximately 510,000-acre estate
  • Represented a provider of cement and ready-mix concrete products in simultaneous purchase and sale transactions
