BIOGRAPHY
Jennifer K. Rosell concentrates her practice in all aspects of commercial real estate development, including the representation of owners and developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition of office buildings, mixed-use developments, and ranch land properties. She represents purchasers and sellers in both improved and unimproved real property transactions, and landlords and tenants in retail and office lease negotiations.
