Daniel Lichtl

Daniel Lichtl is a corporate/business/litigation attorney with extensive experience handling both domestic and cross-border transactions and litigations for clients in a wide variety of industry sectors. Mr. Lichtl focuses his practice primarily on corporate formation, business counseling, and general corporate matters. Mr. Lichtl has assisted clients in acquiring, financing and structuring industrial and agricultural developments. Mr. Lichtl has additionally handled numerous commercial transactions including the negotiation of share subscription agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset sale agreements and yacht/vessel purchases, financing and sale agreements. Mr. Lichtl has also successfully handled litigation in areas of breach of contract, construction disputes, premises liability, workers compensation, personal injury, energy insurance subrogation liability, insurance coverage and breach of warranty.

In addition to his corporate and litigation practice, Mr. Lichtl has investigated and defended environmental claims by landowners against oil companies and has investigated numerous shipboard accidents, involving collision, personal injuries, and cargo damage.

Mr. Lichtl is fluent in Spanish and has extensive experience handling matters relating to a wide variety of cross-border transactions and has conducted investigations for matters in Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela. He has worked closely with local counsel in providing corporate clients with legal opinions regarding conducting business in foreign countries and has assisted in forming offshore corporations.
