Grant N. Moore

Grant N. Moore focuses his practice on various forms of complex-commercial litigation.  He has successfully represented individuals, business entities, and other institutional clients throughout all stages of legal disputes – including preliminary negotiation, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and judgment enforcement.  As to subject matter, such representation includes creditor rights, insurance coverage, landlord-tenant disputes, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, personal-injury defense, real-estate litigation, employment disputes, business torts, and premises liability.   

Mr. Moore earned his J.D., cum laude, from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2018.  He graduated from Belmont University, magna cum laude, with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship.  While in law school, Mr. Moore served as president of Phi Delta Phi legal honor society, won the ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition, and joined the Order of the Barristers.
