Heidi M. Angel

BIOGRAPHY

Heidi Angel is a partner in the Estate Planning and Probate section of the firm. Her experience includes structuring and preparing a wide variety of estate planning documents to assist clients, including complex wills, irrevocable trusts, revocable trusts, special needs trusts, prenuptial agreements, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. Ms. Angel’s practice also includes probate and trust administration of all types and complexity from heirship determinations to complex estate and trust administrations, including modification and termination of trusts.

Ms. Angel received her B.A. in Spanish from Auburn University and her M.A. in Linguistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2014 where she served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Texas A&M Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Angel interned for the Honorable Cheryl Johnson at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin and for the Honorable Sue Walker at the Second Court of Appeals in Texas.
