Marcus G. Mungioli

Biography

Marcus G. Mungioli represents corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Mungioli has focused on complex business litigation and civil defense litigation, including a wide variety of contract, tax, business tort, trade secret, employment and real estate matters. He also has arbitrated cases before JAMS® and the American Arbitration Association.

Mr. Mungioli is the Chair of Kelly Hart's Recruiting Committee.

Experience and highlights
  • Represents an online travel company in a number of tax related matters
  • Represented a retail shipper in a number of tariff and employment related matters
  • Defended a business jet manufacturer in a number of arbitrated disputes with distributors, including pre- and post-arbitration litigation
  • Won summary judgment on all claims in a discrimination and defamation suit against an insurance client in Dallas federal court
  • Secured favorable walk-away settlement in defense of an employment staffing firm against a large energy provider in a contractual dispute
  • Successfully tried a political asylum case before the U.S. Immigration Court
