David H. Garza focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Mr. Garza practices in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. He has experience representing clients in various industries including general contractors, health care companies, on-line travel companies, retailers and talent agencies. Mr. Garza earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2008 and received his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University.Preston R. Mundt
is an experienced trial lawyer. He has served as lead counsel representing individuals, corporations, and other institutional clients in significant matters throughout Texas, New Mexico and abroad. Mr. Mundt’s trial practice includes a wide variety of complex commercial litigation including oil & gas litigation, breach of contract, business torts, premises liability, intellectual property, insurance coverage disputes, marital matters, employment disputes, and probate and trust litigation. Mr. Mundt earned his J.D, summa cum laude, in 2008 from Texas Tech University School of Law and received his B.B.A., cum laude, from Texas Christian University.Clark H. Rucker focuses his practice on oil, gas and energy litigation and transactions. Mr. Rucker represents both oil and gas exploration companies, as well as land owners. Mr. Rucker has also represented clients in several non-energy litigation matters and advised clients on real estate transactions and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Rucker earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2008 and earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University.Kim D. Uskovich focuses her practice on creating and implementing estate plans for individuals including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. Ms. Uskovich also assists clients in all phases of trust, probate and heirship administrations and has a wide range of experience in the transfer of complex assets including business interests and oil and gas interests. Ms. Uskovich also practices liquor law providing legal advice and handling licensing, permitting and enforcement matters with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission for large entertainment facilities. Ms. Uskovich graduated, summa cum laude, from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now Texas A & M University School of Law), in 2007 and earned her B.B.A. from The University of Hawaii.Jeff Whitfield represents businesses and individuals facing a wide variety of legal and policy challenges, including, but not limited to, contract disputes, election challenges, securities litigation, products and premises liability, international law issues, statutory construction, and questions of constitutionality. Mr. Whitfield earned his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 2007. He graduated from The University of Bradford, England, with a MA and MPhil, in 2004 and earned his B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy in 1996.
