Kelly Hart & Hallman opened its office in Baton Rouge, January 5, 2016, with Loulan J. Pitre, Jr., a former member of the Louisiana House of Representatives, as partner in charge. The office is led by former U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Louis M. Phillips, and transactional attorney Peter A. Kopfinger.

The Louisiana office does business as Kelly Hart Pitre. The Baton Rouge office is comprised of skilled attorneys with particular experience in transaction and business structuring and restructuring, bankruptcy reorganization, and bankruptcy, and commercial litigation.
