Louis Phillips Featured Speaker at LSU Annual Bankruptcy Law Conference

Louis Phillips played a prominent role as a speaker at the 29th Annual LSU Bankruptcy Law Conference, which took place on November 2-3, 2023, in Baton Rouge. Alongside Bill Rochelle of the American Bankruptcy Institute, he engaged in discussions concerning recent significant court decisions at both the national and circuit levels that hold relevance for professionals in the field of bankruptcy. The topics covered encompassed a wide range, including reorganization, consumer bankruptcy, municipal debt adjustment, cross-border insolvency, and various related subtopics.
