Katherine Hopkins Moderates CLE Webinar on Business Reorganization

Katherine Hopkins recently moderated a CLE webinar on the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019, sharing practical, fact-based information about business bankruptcy during the Coronavirus pandemic.

On June 24, 2020, the Dallas Bar Association Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section, the Tarrant County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section, and the Dallas-Fort Worth Association of Young Bankruptcy Lawyers presented a joint CLE webinar, entitled, “Navigating the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic."  Katherine Hopkins moderated the discussion.
