Caroline A. Brownlie
joins the firm as an associate in the in the Corporate and Securities practice group. Ms. Brownlie
graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.B.A. in International Business. She earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and was a Dean’s List scholar. Caroline is the recipient of the Community Bank & Trust Estate Planning Award.
Ms. Brownlie was the founding member and treasurer of the Baylor Business Law Society and was the 2015 2L vice president of the Student Bar Association. She also served as a Baylor Law School student ambassador and was a member of the Baylor Women’s Legal Society.
Ms. Brownlie is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
