Russell Cawyer Posts Blog on Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN)

Russell Cawyer posts an article on a recent affirmation of summary judgment from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. 

The Fifth Circuit affirmed a summary judgment holding that a putative class action—brought by a laid-off employee who alleged that Latshaw Drilling Co. failed to provide layoff notices in violation of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act—did not meet the Act’s “single site” requirement.  Mr. Cawyer’s blog post,Fifth Circuit Affirms Summary Judgment For Drilling Company in WARN Case,” is published on the Texas Employment Law Update.
