are leading Kelly Hart’s involvement with the inaugural PBWIEC on February 20-23 in Midland.
The PBWIEC is an educational conference, founded in conjunction with UTPB, with an emphasis on highlighting innovation and facilitating commercial-free discussions related to water in energy in the Permian Basin. Speakers for this conference include industry leaders working in both Texas and New Mexico, representatives from groundwater districts and the state legislature, and other public entities such as the Texas Railroad Commission and University Lands. Topics covered range from industry case-studies and cutting-edge technology to continuing education opportunities for engineers. The Water In Energy Conference will be held February 20-23, 2018.
