Louis Phillips Featured Speaker at the Fifth Circuit Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference

Louis Phillips recently spoke on “Applying Objective Reasonableness:  The Many Questions That Remain After Taggart V. Lorenzen” at the Fifth Circuit Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on February 5-7, 2020. 
The Bench-Bar Conference, which is presented by The Center for American and International Law, is designed to promote discussion on issues of interest to judges and lawyers and provide an opportunity for each to offer their reactions and feedback.  The format includes panel discussions with audience participation and breakout groups in which groups of judges and lawyers can discuss topics in their areas of practice.
