Twenty Kelly Hart Attorneys Named 2023 Texas Rising Stars

Twenty Kelly Hart attorneys have been selected as 2023 Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

The Texas Rising Stars listing recognizes the top young lawyers in the state who are age 40 or younger, or who have been practicing law for no more than ten years.  Lawyers on this list, published annually by Thomson Reuters’ legal division, are nominated by Texas attorneys and then selected following an extensive review process.  Less than 2.5 percent of all Texas lawyers earn the Texas Rising Star distinction.
