Natalie J. Carlgren focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, securities law compliance, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters. Ms. Carlgren graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma, J.D., in 2004 and graduated summa cum laude from Austin College in 2001.

Mr. Cook graduated summa cum laude from Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now known as: Texas A&M University School of Law), J.D. in 2005 and graduated from Baylor University in 2002.
