Kelly Hart Welcomes Three New Associates

Kelly Hart welcomes Samantha A. Fant, James "Drew" Neill, and Kate L.Young to the firm.

Samantha A. Fant joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.  Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and graduated from the University of Texas.  She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law.  Prior to Kelly Hart, Samantha was a legal extern for Hanover Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, 2013, and interned for Judge Sharen Wilson, Criminal District Court No. 1 in 2013.

James “Drew” Neill joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.  Drew received his B.B.A. at Baylor University and made the Dean’s List, 2006, 2007 and 2009.  In addition to his undergraduate degree, Drew earned his Master of Accountancy at Baylor.  Drew received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law and served as a member of Texas Tech Law Review.

Kate L. Young joins the firm as an associate and splits her time between Intellectual Property and the Real Estate Practice Groups.  Kate graduated, summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University and was on the President’s Honor Roll.  She received her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and graduated second in her class.  Kate was on the Dean’s List and was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review.  Prior to Kelly Hart, Kate was a judicial clerk for the Hon. William C. Sowder in the 99th District Court.
