Taylor Terry

BIOGRAPHY

Taylor Terry is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Finance practice groups. Her practice includes assisting owners and developers with the acquisition, disposition, and development of various commercial assets, including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties. Her practice involves preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, deed and use restrictions, and reviewing title documents, surveys, and other due diligence items. She also has experience in commercial and retail leasing matters.

Additionally, Taylor assists clients with commercial leasing matters and works on various financing arrangements. She helps represent both lenders and borrowers in connection with interim, permanent, and construction loans.

Taylor earned her J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2025 and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Tech Journal of the Energy Law Practitioner. Ms. Terry earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.

While in law school, she worked as a law clerk at the 99th District Court in Lubbock, Texas.
