Julia Hood is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section, where she handles a variety of corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic stock and asset deals. She earned her B.S. from Texas Christian University and her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. Active in the legal community, she’s involved with the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
