Cydni D’Elia

BIOGRAPHY

Cydni D’Elia is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section, where she focuses on private equity, including drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining the firm, D’Elia practiced at Roberts & Willie, PLLC, where she negotiated confidentiality agreements for private equity clients and advised deal teams on legal risks and key standards.

Cydni earned her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law and her B.S. in Biology from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa.
