BIOGRAPHY

Joseph Lopez represents lenders and specializes in asset-based lending and real estate finance transactions. His expertise spans working capital loans and financing for the purchase, construction, development, or refinancing of raw land and improved properties across Texas and the United States.

With extensive experience in commercial and hard-money loans, Joseph provides comprehensive support in structuring and executing transactions. He drafts documentation for term loans and lines of credit secured by real estate or by personal and business assets, resolves title and survey issues, reviews and ensures the perfection of liens and security interests, and addresses lease and development restrictions.
