Following up on its previous interim guidance, FinCEN has issued a final rule solidifying permanent exemptions for U.S. persons under the Corporate Transparency Act. In addition to eliminating these reporting burdens, the agency announced a one-time process to delete all previously submitted domestic identifying documents.
