Madison M. Abatti

BIOGRAPHY

Madison Abatti represents companies and individuals in state and federal courts, focusing on complex commercial lawsuits and business disputes. Her experience covers a variety of civil matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Madison represented clients in all stages of litigation, from initial case evaluation through final judgment and judgment enforcement.

Madison earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition to her professional service, Madison fulfills her commitment to the community through her involvement in the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the Fort Worth Teen Court, and the Fort Worth Junior League.

EXPERIENCES and HIGHLIGHTS

• Handled civil litigation cases from intake through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, trial, and judgment enforcement
