After reviewing applications nationwide, the National Conference Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) selected Amelia Hurt as one of its 20 participants for a Trial Skills Workshop aimed at enhancing bankruptcy practitioners’ skills and confidence to achieve improved client outcomes. This workshop, conducted by the NCBJ and the American Bankruptcy Institute, facilitates interaction with 15 federal judges and bankruptcy attorneys to provide guidance and skill development.
