Madison B. Nagra
BIOGRAPHY
Madison Nagra is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, where she represents employers in a broad range of state and federal employment law matters and business disputes. Her practice focuses on defending employers through all phases of litigation, from early case evaluation through resolution.
Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Ms. Nagra practiced in Dallas, Texas, representing employers and financial services institutions in civil litigation. She has experience handling matters involving employment claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction defect, and general business disputes.
While in law school, Ms. Nagra served as a legal intern for the Honorable Reed O’Connor at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Karen M. Williams at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, where she gained valuable insight into federal court practice and judicial decision-making.
Ms. Nagra earned her B.A. in Anthropology from Texas Tech University and her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law.
