Lisa K. Falcone
BIOGRAPHY
Lisa K. Falcone is an associate in the Corporate & Securities section of the firm. Her primary focus is on the private equity sector, where she specializes in crafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clientele. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Falcone was an associate at Anderson & Riddle, LLP in Fort Worth, Texas.
Ms. Falcone completed her undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University, obtaining a B.S. degree. She went on to earn her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law. As an active member of the legal community, she maintains affiliations with the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
EXPERIENCE AND HIGHLIGHTS
- Served as outside counsel for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board and managed cases from intake to disposition in premises liability, negligence, and civil rights matters
