BIOGRAPHY
Allison T. Amaya is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice, focusing on business transactions, particularly drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Roberts & Willie PLLC in Dallas.
Allison earned her J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Judge Randy Crane at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
