Chanel D. Thomas

BIOGRAPHY

Chanel Thomas is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section, where she focuses her practice on general corporate and business transactional matters, including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and strategic and platform stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions. She earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance, graduating with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Mississippi. As a student-athlete, she received a soccer scholarship and was named the Southeastern Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
