BIOGRAPHY

Destiny Morgan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section, where she concentrates on various corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Morgan earned her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2025 and her B.S. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2021.
