Joshua D. Lehrer

BIOGRAPHY

Joshua Lehrer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities section. His practice focuses on a variety of general corporate and business transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and asset acquisitions and dispositions.

Joshua earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served as a staff member on the Texas A&M Law Review. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors with a B.A. in Government.
