Kelley E. Flores

BIOGRAPHY

Kelley E. Flores is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities section and currently focuses her practice on the private equity business, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients. Ms. Flores is based in the firm’s Austin office.  Prior to joining the firm,  Ms. Flores was a program and client service associate at Garretson Resolution Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.
