Macy D. Henre

BIOGRAPHY

Macy Henre is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice, focusing on business transactions, particularly drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Robbins Estate Law in Cedar Park, Texas.

Macy earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and served as a Senior Judicial Clerk for Maricopa County Justice Courts in Phoenix. Before pursuing her legal career, she obtained a B.S. in environmental studies from the University of Central Missouri.
