MADELYN R. CORLEY

BIOGRAPHY

Madelyn Corley is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice, focusing on business transactions, particularly drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements for the firm’s private equity clients. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at Roberts & Willie PLLC in Dallas.

Ms. Corley earned her J.D. from the University of North Texas College of Law and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Sally Montgomery at Dallas County Court CCL3.

Before pursuing her legal career, Ms. Corley obtained a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Mississippi.
