Mallory Wiese is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice. She obtained her J.D., graduating with distinction, from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2022. Prior to that, Ms. Wiese received her B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy from Kansas State University, graduating summa cum laude.

- Successfully obtained summary judgment in favor of commercial airline and airline employee, securing dismissal of multi-million dollar claims brought by seven plaintiffs
- Secured summary judgment in favor of a commercial airline in personal injury lawsuit alleging over a million dollars in damages
- Successfully defended commercial airline in a personal injury lawsuit by securing summary judgment dismissing plaintiff’s claim for negligence
- Secured summary judgment in favor of retailer and obtained dismissal of all claims in a slip-and-fall case
- Successfully defended commercial airline in a wrongful death action, resulting in the dismissal of all claims with prejudice
