Rachel Behnke
BIOGRAPHY
Rachel Behnke is an associate in the firm’s Oil & Gas/Energy section, focusing on litigation and transactions in the oil, gas, and energy industries. She works with oil and gas operators, landowners, mineral and royalty owners, and surface developers. Her experience also covers real estate matters, oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, water use and disposal agreements, water leases, pipeline easements, and agreements tied to the growing renewable energy sector, including wind and solar projects.
Rachel earned her J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law.
