William J. Wolfe
BIOGRAPHY
William Wolfe is an associate in the Corporate and Securities section, focusing his practice on private equity transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate attorney at Sky Chefs, Inc. in Irving, Texas. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from Sewanee: The University of the South and earned his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Wolfe worked as a research assistant for Professor Anthony Colangelo, conducting research on foreign constitutions and comparative international law.
Mr. Wolfe is an active member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
