Austin Franklin Appointed to the Court Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Texas

Austin Franklin has been appointed to the Court Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Texas. This committee, made up of 24 attorneys from various practice areas, is appointed by Federal District Judges for a three-year term. 

The mission of the Court Advisory Committee includes: 

– Proposing actions to reduce costs and delays in the administration of justice. 

– Assisting the court and district clerk’s office in implementing practices that achieve these goals. 

– Serving as a resource for judges and the district clerk on various matters, allowing them to focus on their judicial responsibilities. 

– Acting as a resource for attorneys practicing in the Northern District of Texas and for the public.
