Buck Ritchie Joins Kelly Hart’s Real Estate & Finance Group

A. Buck Ritchie is an associate in Kelly Hart’s Real Estate & Finance practice groups. His practice focuses on assisting owners and developers with the acquisition, disposition, and development of various commercial assets, including mixed-use, multifamily, office, retail, and industrial properties.

Buck handles transactional matters by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, conveyance instruments, and use restrictions. He also manages due diligence reviews for titles and surveys. Beyond transactions, his practice includes commercial leasing and financing, where he represents both lenders and borrowers in securing interim, permanent, and construction loans.

Before joining the firm, Buck spent time in the local court system, serving as a legal intern for Judge Chris Taylor in the 48th District Court and Judge Kimberly Fitzpatrick in the 342nd District Court of Tarrant County.

Buck earned his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law. He also holds a B.B.A., magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University.
