Kelly Hart is pleased to announce that Harrison Pavlasek has joined the firm’s Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization section as an associate in the Fort Worth office. He brings significant experience in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, debtors-in-possession, creditors, and trustees in Chapter 11 cases, as well as handling bankruptcy-related litigation and appellate matters.
Mr. Pavlasek earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law. Following law school, he served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Mark X. Mullin, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas.
Before joining Kelly Hart, Harrison was an associate at Forshey & Prostok, LLP in Fort Worth, where he represented corporate debtors and creditors in complex bankruptcy cases. His experience further strengthens Kelly Hart’s ability to provide exceptional counsel to clients navigating intricate bankruptcy and reorganization matters.
