Katherine Hopkins has been selected as one of the 2023 “40 Under 40″ Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice by the American Bankruptcy Institute.
The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) recognizes 40 individuals under the age of 40 who exhibit exceptional abilities, leadership qualities, and accomplishments within the bankruptcy and insolvency field. These “40 Under 40” honorees are distinguished by their professional achievements and contributions, and they are carefully chosen by a panel of experienced insolvency experts.
The 2023 honorees represent an inspiring group, showcasing dedication, innovation, and resourcefulness in both their professional endeavors and their communities. As stated by ABI Executive Director Amy Quackenboss, “This diverse cohort of awardees consists of future leaders who will propel ABI and the insolvency community into the future.”
A rigorous selection process involved evaluating over 200 candidates, each with outstanding track records of professional achievements and community involvement. The majority of applicants held positions as partners, directors, or managing directors within their respective firms.
Founded in 1982, ABI is the largest nonpartisan organization with a multi-disciplinary approach, dedicated to conducting research and providing education on matters related to insolvency. Its mission includes offering unbiased analysis of bankruptcy-related issues to both Congress and the public.
