Seth Paulger

BIOGRAPHY

Seth Paulger is an associate in the firm’s Oil & Gas/Energy section, where he focuses on litigation and transactions related to oil, gas, and energy industries. Mr. Paulger represents oil and gas operators, landowners, mineral and royalty owners, and surface developers. He handles matters related to real estate, oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, water use and disposal agreements, water leases, pipeline easements, and agreements related to the emerging field of renewable energy, such as wind and solar initiatives.

Mr. Paulger received his J.D. with a focus on energy from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, he worked as a judicial extern for Judge Reed O’ Connor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and also served as a clerk for the Texas Railroad Commission.
