Joshua Lehrer is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities section. His practice focuses on a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and asset transactions.
Joshua earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Texas A&M University School of Law, where he was a staff member on the Texas A&M Law Review. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors with a B.A. in Government.
