William Wolfe is an associate in the Corporate and Securities section, where he focuses his practice on private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate attorney at Sky Chefs, Inc. in Irving, Texas. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy from Sewanee: The University of the South and earned his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Wolfe worked as a research assistant for Professor Anthony Colangelo, conducting research on foreign constitutions and comparative international law.
